Privacy & Accessibility
Privacy and accessibility notice
A plain-language explanation of what happens to the information you send through this website, and how to reach Peaches about privacy or accessibility.
Who Provides This Site
About this notice
This website and notice are provided by Nancy “Peaches” Brown, a Texas real estate sales agent (TREC License #732810-SA) sponsored by LoKation Real Estate. In this notice, “Peaches,” “we” and “us” refer to her.
The Contact Form
What the form collects and where it goes
When you use the contact form, it sends your name, email address and goal (for example, buying or selling), plus a phone number and message if you choose to add them.
The form is handled by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form service. FormSubmit receives your submission and emails it to Peaches’ inbox. According to FormSubmit’s documentation, submissions are also kept in its archive for 30 days. FormSubmit’s handling of your information is covered by its own privacy policy, and FormSubmit may use cookies on its own pages.
If your browser can’t run the site’s scripts, you may see a FormSubmit verification page (such as a reCAPTCHA check) before you return to this site.
How It’s Used
How your information is used
Peaches uses what you send to reply to your request and to provide the real estate help you ask about, such as a consultation, a curated home list or a home valuation. If you go on to buy or sell with her, some details may be shared with others involved in that transaction, such as her sponsoring brokerage, lenders, title companies or other agents, as needed to complete it or as required by law.
If you call, text or email Peaches directly, your message is handled through her phone and email providers in the same way.
Analytics & Other Sites
Analytics, cookies and links
This site does not currently use analytics or advertising tags. If that changes, this notice will be updated. Like most websites, the site’s hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, to operate and secure the site.
Links to social media, FormSubmit and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Your Choices
Ask about or delete your information
To ask what information Peaches has from your contact-form request, or to ask her to delete it, email PeachesTheRealtor1@gmail.com or call (210) 517-0382. Some records may need to be kept for a completed real estate transaction or where the law requires it. For information held by FormSubmit, see its privacy policy.
